APOLOGIES for lack of BLOG ACTION over the last months but there are only so many hours in the day and workload became an issue...but normal service is resumed.
Today's session reinforced the importance of students confronting the reality of the coursework. THIS NEEDS THE BE THE HOMEWORK FOCUS THIS TERM.
The lesson considered the Cross-Media Study question:
MEDIA PRODUCTS ARE ESSENTIALLY PROFIT DRIVEN. Evaluate how commercial pressures have had an impact on the products in your cross-media study.
Students were asked to consider the significance of the audience being able to consume media through a varied range of mobile digital devices.
We then considered the Section A Institution question:
What is CBS hoping to achieve by presenting promotional material such as this?
