Students analysed the first six seconds of the Winter's Bone trailer and eventually identified a mass of media detail. The lesson moved into a consideration of the Section B MEST 3 digital media question : ' Developments in new/digital media mean that audiences can now have access to a greater variety of views and values. To what extent are audiences empowered by these developments?'
We will be attempting this essay as a timed response when we return to school so be aware of the notes that we created in this session.
The final section of the lesson was a 30 minute timed response to questions 2 and 3 of MEST 3 Section A [June 2010].
Homework: ALL students should be constructing their coursework. This is a BIG week. Three students also need to hand me the regulation essay at the start of the next session.
